This lesson is about a very simple and beautiful move – The under hoop amazon or in it’s more known name Delilah.
Not only that this move is relatively easy, it is very beautiful and if you are a beginner and don’t manage to go on the hoop yet by doing Pike (The Ball), you can use this move to start your way up.
